Nisha Bal
Hi there! I’m an experienced Occupational Therapist and the founder of Seeds Occupational Therapy. My passion is working with children, especially those with neurodivergence, helping them build confidence and thrive in their everyday lives. I believe in the power of relational therapy—forming strong, trusting connections with each child and their family. By understanding each child’s unique needs and strengths, I create a supportive space where they can develop at their own pace.
In addition to my OT training, I’m also a certified yoga instructor, and I incorporate somatic practices, body work, mindfulness, and movement into my approach. These tools help regulate the nervous system, plant seeds of self-regulation, and encourage embodiment. My goal is to empower kids not just with functional skills, but with the tools they need to feel grounded and confident in their bodies and minds.
Kaybee Muponisi
Kaybee is an AHPRA-registered occupational therapist with over 2.5 years of experience in clinical, community, and school settings. She is passionate about helping children develop important skills for everyday life, such as social skills, emotional regulation, and fine motor skills like handwriting. Kaybee believes that every child can reach their full potential with the right support, whether at school, home, or in the community.
She values family-centred care and works closely with families to understand their unique needs and routines. By listening to families, Kaybee can tailor her approach to fit each child’s situation, making therapy part of their everyday life. When families are involved, children feel more supported and motivated to reach their goals.
For Kaybee, involving families is key to success. When parents and caregivers are actively involved in therapy, children can better apply what they’ve learned in real-life situations, like managing emotions, improving handwriting, or making friends.
At the core of Kaybee’s approach is the belief that children do best when supported by both their therapist and the people who know them best—their families. By working together, she helps children make meaningful progress and become more independent.
